The Dogwood

Sometimes, you don't need all the space in the world. Sometimes a cozy backyard get-away is all you need. The Dogwood is designed with the intention of being utilized as an ADU, tiny home or backyard office. Despite it's small footprint the interior feels large through the use of a vaulted ceiling in the main living area and plenty of large windows - blurring the line between inside and out. The efficient layout still allows for a generous kitchen, dedicated laundry room, large primary bedroom and big great room. With styling inspired by the coast, this plan would look great in any backyard.
